practice makes perfect. what she has achieved today is through many practices i believe. she is very different from other female singers. unlike the rest, a-mei sings from the diaphram too, not only from the heart. she is very gifted in her singing. yet i believe it happens because she practices and practices. i don't know if she's born with it. even if it does, it still have to be refined. what impressed me is not how touchy the lyrics are. instead it is the way she present the song and sing from her entire being. guess she must have a good stamina. in order to dance and sing at the same time. yet i still prefer her slow songs, more than the out-beat ones.

Discovered A-mei a few yrs back & liked her vocal straight-a-away. Started collecting her CDs.
She handles both slow and fast numbers very well like Listen to the Ocean, Can I embrace you ? Ker Su etc while the fast numbers are Bad Boy, Wolf's lust, Fever, 5 4 3 2 1, etc. She sings the blues, jass and the rocks and also the contemporaries. That's not all - she handles the oldies just as well if not better. Remembered her live HK concert where she belted out oldies like Zhou Juan's Fung Hung Yu Fei, Carmen, Kan Di Cin Ker, etc. Beautifully sung. To add to her versalitiy, she also sung English numbers not too badly. I especially like her 'I will always love you'. She could be the next best after Winnie Houston. If she puts in more power and better diction, she would be on par. I hope she reads this becos A-mei you are great. Only slight set-back, her dressing. She needs a better fashion consultant...

She's the best Artist and Popular from Taiwan, I like her new album called "Maybe Tomarrow" also "Fever" these CD are amazing. A-mei will always be the best singer than ever. Actually I'm not fan of her, but I like the most of her song. Everyone who loves A-Mei would always support it her.

A-Mei Chang was the best Taiwanese Popsinger in the world, she's beautiful, sweet, and she got great talented with her dance move. A-Mei can sing mandarin better, she's got good voice the way she sing "Bad Boy" that song I should vote of her.
