Connie Mak was a great singer

There are many good songs under her belt. "Golden meeting", "Messy", "A girl who loves dancing", and "The bank of river Nile". They are all classics. As I remember she was Tseng Lo Dug's student once. She is a great singer however, her image limited her career. Either she was too "out" or she was over "in". She started as a mature looking lady and that in Hong Kong does not work. (I don't agree to such rule: younger the better) It is quite unfortunately that after she married she only produced a few new songs. However maybe that is the best since there is no way she would be able to become the best in Hong Kong. Music industry in HK are strange as they only embrass younger singer, not married singer, and beautiful singer who doesn't know how to sing.

If I'm not mistaken Kit Man is Kong Wah's (famous HK-TVB artites) wife. She doesn't sings anymore but instead she teaches singing to new talents. Sad to see that HKVPradio has only one song of her here. I'm sure she has a couple of few others which are nice like the catchy "Lo Hak San Ko Sek Yan Yeah".
