The best artist ever

Sam Hui is the best. His songs relate to life and there are many valuable lessons that are applicable to the mass public. His songs are inspirational as well as down to earth. You always get more than just music from his songs. Still looking great.
The Legendary King

Sam Hui—the legend of Cantopop—first stunned me in his Oct concert in 2004. Gosh! What a talented artist. To impress the relatively younger generation, the artist must have shown himself all-rounded—composing harmonious music, writing good-humored, concurring, and poetic lyrics, singing beautiful songs, dancing charming Elvis Presley dance, creating warming yet desired atmosphere, initiating intimate interaction, bonding affectionate family ties…the honorable God of Song did it all! What impressed me most is his serious attitude toward his work—it has to be perfect, and the ideal came after 3, 4 hours of rehearsal every day and having every piece of trivial matter being taken care of by the legendary king. And the king has endless energy! Simply look at the feedback from his world tour, no matter in which corner of the world, fans were all hypnotized by his performance, and that’s proven he is a man of personal charisma. All the qualities brought together have enlightened not only his long-devoted fans’ but also the newly-fascinated’s lives. Don’t have to mention his philosophy that has awakened people to the wisdom of life. His new “keep on smiling” theme, together with tons of other spirit-boosting songs, has definitely enriched people’s lives. In all, the God of Song deserves to be highly respected.

Sam Hui is a great singer and actor. He is serious in every role he play in his movies. His song is marvalous, reality and good presentation about a person (worker and human being). No other singer sing live reality songs like him.Song wordings is so clear that from 5 years old to 80 years person can easily sing and remember. The movies which he acts was so funny and enjoyable that you can watch it all the time.I have been watching his movies and listening to his song when I was young in Singapore and now though I m in Australia, I still listen his song. You never get bore of listening to his song. Listening to his song, you will feel relax and felt that someone sing out your feeling.
Sam: You Legend

Mate, I've watched the show at the Sydney Entertainment Centre on the 22nd of April. The show was definitely a success. Full house. I was born in 1977 and I heard most of these songs he'd sung at the concert (there's only three or four I didn't know). Special guests he brought along are his two sons: Ryan who can play the guitar and may be follow his dad's footsteps, while Scott was um...okay singer, but great for trying. The best was Sam's Angels. Although they sing a bit crappy, they look damn beautiful, plus the dancers were beautiful too. He kissed quite a few female audiences. A highlight, he got into his Elvis Presley gear. Another highlight: wearing traditional Chinese costume. He's truly an entertainer. Yes, the majority were the elderly, the middle aged, plus young children of their middle aged parents, and only a handful of people like me - teenagers to 30's age bracket. But hey, good music has no barriers! He mentioned as a joke (because there were a few teenage fans), that he can keep on singing for a few more years! Guess who's coming next? Twins. The toddlers to the mid-teen age bracket, plus the young at heart. But I'm not really into their music. I'm into Jacky Cheung and "sut lik pai" singers' music. Hope for "Snow Wolf Lake" in Sydney. Cheers!
