It seems like Winnie Lau are not gonna sing anymore or acting in the movie and series. She was retired from the showbiz but Winnie will always being successful pop artist, she was a good singer. Right now she was merried and she had happiness with her kid and family.

Winnie Lau has only been know for one hit song or two. The most famous has to be her signature song - "Leave This Moment" (Lau Jue Jair Yaat Hark), and another song of significance - the re-sung version of Sam Hui's hit: "Students' Song" (Hok Saang Gor) (in duet with Vivian Lai and Shadow Chow). "Shine On The Heart" a.k.a "Let Our Hearts Shine" (Jiang Xin Zhao Liang) is one of Winnie's very few attempts in singing Mandarin pop songs. Jacky Cheung, Faye Wong, Grasshoppers, Karen Tong and Vivian Lai also sings in duet for this beautiful song. This is a Mandarin version of Jacky's Cantonese song - "May This Moment Shine On (Full Version)" (1993) (Lau Jue Jair Si Guang (Full Version)). Both the original Cantonese and Mandarin versions of this song is beautifully composed and nicely sung. Not without mention, the beautiful lyrics. I may attempt in singing "May This Moment Shine On" at a Chinese singing/karaoke competition in the near future, because it's among one of my personal favourites.
