Refunds & Cancellations

HKVP Radio will issue a full refund, less any PayPal transaction or postal fees that may be incurred, for any tickets returned on or before midnight PST of August 18, 2005. Guests will not be able to refund or cancel their tickets after August 18, 2005. HKVP Radio will issue a full refund for all tickets in the event the party is cancelled or postponed.
